This is a stoneware vessel made of white and green clay combined with a pink glaze inserted between them like a sandwich, then formed on a potter's wheel. The technique of sandwiching the glaze between the clay rather than applying it to the surface, which is a glass-like material, is new style of ceramics, so it can be enjoyed as an contemporary art piece on a bookshelf or desks.
If used as tableware, the microwave and dishwasher should be avoided.

Since all my items are handmade, the actual size and weight may vary from the size indicated, but the error will be limited to 1/8 inch, 0.3 ounces.
Custom and personalized orders
I am available for custom orders or requests. Please contact me about your preferred colors, shapes, and uses, etc.
I will do my best to accommodate your request, but I may not always make it. In return, there is no cost.
If you would like a custom-made item, I will charge you an order fee of $50, which will be added to the cost of the item. (So the larger the quantity, the better off you will be.)
For custom orders, sculpture and name engraving are also available, so please ask me if you have a special gift in mind.

Care instructions
Those almost works are unglazed finish, but they are fired at a high temperature to tighten the base, so beverages such as coffee and tea do not stain. However, red wine can soak into the white base and may stain it. For more information on how to prevent and remove stains, please check the special booklet included with the order of white-colored pieces.
