Color

This porcelain bud vase features a design reminiscent of a doll's dress. Thin sheets of clay with a stripe pattern, created using the Nerikomi technique, are combined like fabric to form a flat dress shape.

The entire surface is coated with a glossy transparent glaze, while the collar and buttons have a matte blue glaze, creating a distinctive texture that is characteristic of handmade ceramics.

This flower vase is sure to make arranging flowers a delightful experience with its unique design.

Two color options are available: white and yellow.

*The sleeves are hollow, so water can be filled to about the bottom of the third button.

**Since each piece is handmade, the shape will slightly vary from piece to piece.

Care Information

  • Hand wash: Most of Saori M Stoneware items are dishwasher-safe, but hand washing is recommended. Please use mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or metal sponges that can scratch the surface of the glaze or clay.
  • Avoid extreme temperature changes: Sudden changes in temperature can cause handmade ceramics to crack or break. Avoid placing ceramics directly on a stovetop or in the oven, as well as placing them in the freezer.
  • Do Not Stack: To avoid scratches or chips, use protective padding such like papers, cloth when stacking ceramic dishes or bowls to store.
  • Dry Storing: Avoid storing ceramics in a damp or humid environment in long term, as it can cause mold to the piece.
